Occoquan Slip Rentals

What Slips Do We Offer at Our Woodbridge Marina?

Occoquan Harbour Marina (OHM) has several slip configurations to fit a wide range of vessels and preferences:

  • Floating dock. These slips rise and fall with the tide, so you’re never awkwardly climbing up or stepping down to board your boat. Floating docks also reduce stress on cleats and lines during tidal swings, which adds up to less wear on your boat over time.
  • Lifts. These keep your hull out of the water when you’re not using the vessel, reducing growth buildup, corrosion, and the need for frequent bottom paint. This option is popular with owners who want to minimize ongoing maintenance costs.
  • Jet ski. Dedicated personal watercraft slips are available for those who keep a PWC alongside a larger vessel or on its own.

All slips come with complimentary WiFi, well-lit docks for early departures and late returns, and easy access to the marina’s amenities.

OHM slip map

After more than 40 years on the Occoquan, we understand what it takes to make your home on the water trouble-free, and it starts with the right slip. The decision isn’t just about dimensions—it shapes how easily you come and go, how comfortable your time aboard feels, and how well your boat is supported day to day. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • Right fit for your vessel. Slips are sized with real-world use in mind, not just measurements on paper. With floating docks and neighboring boats nearby, you get a setup that accommodates your boat’s beam, length overall, and freeboard comfortably.
  • Flexible, reliable access. Enjoy dependable marina access with clearly defined hours and straightforward policies for overnight stays, so you can plan your time on the water without guesswork.
  • Utilities that support your time aboard. Water, electric, WiFi, pump-out access, and parking are all available—configured to support both quick outings and extended stays.
  • On-site service convenience. Maintenance and support are close at hand, with service capabilities that cover a wide range of boat makes and engine types—ideal if you’re out on the water often.

What Full-Service Means at OHM

“Full-service” is a term that gets used loosely in the boating world. But at OHM, it means there’s a certified, experienced maintenance team working on-site, handling everything from routine seasonal service and oil changes to engine repairs, bottom painting, buffing, waxing, and detailing.

Having those services available in-house at your home marina makes your experience effortless. It means the people working on your boat also see it in the water regularly. They notice things. They flag problems before they become expensive. And when something needs attention before a big weekend, you’re not waiting three weeks for an outside shop to fit you in.

The Fuel Situation—and Why It Matters

Anyone who’s run low on fuel after a long day on the water knows that convenience isn’t a luxury—it’s just good planning. OHM’s self-service fuel dock stays open dawn to dusk, long after the office closes. Fill up before you head out in the morning or after you tie up in the evening, without coordinating around marina hours or waiting for staff.

The fuel dock is straightforward to use: about as simple as filling up at a gas station. As a slip holder, this kind of reliable access takes one more variable off your pre-departure checklist. Gas is available only to customers who arrive at the marina by boat to fill their vessels. Walking onto the property to fill fuel cans or other containers is not permitted.

What’s the Community Like at OHM?

There are marinas where you park your boat and leave. OHM isn’t that kind of place. Here, slip holders have built real connections over the years. Raft-ups, dock parties, pavilion nights, and holiday gatherings have become traditions.

When you’re new to the area, this community is one of the most practical resources you’ll find. Other captains share local knowledge, help new slip holders get comfortable with currents and channels, and generally shorten the learning curve. Seasoned boaters benefit just as much, with a network of experienced neighbors who exchange insights, recommend trusted service providers, and make day-to-day time on the water smoother and more efficient.

Behind every great marina experience is a great team—and at OHM, ours is something special. From our certified mechanics and skilled detailers to our dock hands and management team, every person here has been chosen for their expertise, work ethic, and love of the water. The marina is also dog-friendly—which matters more than it sounds to a large portion of the boating community!
