Dick Lynn and Dick Krauss didn't set out to build the biggest marina on the Occoquan River. That original stubbornness is still here. Our management team—Karla, Kevin, and Michael—grew up on the water. Our crew has been turning wrenches, detailing hulls, and reading the river for decades. When you hand over the keys, you're trusting people who care just as much as you do.

Most marinas can hand you a slip. Fewer can handle everything else. Our in-house team takes on the work that keeps your season running smoothly—engine repairs, bottom paint, waxing, buffing, and full detailing. No outsourcing. No waiting on a third-party call back.
A 25-ton marine travel lift means we can handle larger vessels with the same attention we give every boat in our yard. And our ships store keeps the basics close at hand — fresh ice, beer and wine, and the things you inevitably forget until you're already off the dock.
The OHM community is the part that surprises most first-time visitors. Slip holders here plan raft-ups together, gather for dock parties and holiday cookouts at the private pavilion, and genuinely look after each other on the water. It's the kind of place where someone grabs your line before you ask.
Bring the family. Bring the dog. There's a launch ramp, kayak and paddleboard racks, charcoal and propane grills, and private restrooms and showers — everything you need to make a full day of it.
Occoquan Harbour Marina is located at 13180 Marina Way in Woodbridge, Virginia. We're easy to reach from Route 1 and a convenient detour around I-95 when Northern Virginia traffic has other ideas.
